Hi, I'm Đan
Thao Dan Nguyen Phan is a visual artist and filmmaker from Vietnam. She debuted her creative career in 2012 with her short PSA on Child Labour in Vietnam airing on TV5 Monde, France's Global television network. She later moved to New York and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Art, Animation and Visual Effects at the School of Visual Arts. Her short film "Pas D'yeux" has been screened in festivals all around the world and won multiples awards. She debuted her career in New York City as a 3D Visual artist at an agency R/GA and at studios such as Psyop, Hornet Inc. and Framestore. Starting her career as a visual artist, Dan carved herself a strong aesthetic direction when it came to moving image, through live action and animated projects. She is based in NY and Vietnam pursuing her artistic and creative art directing career.
